I’m usually not interested in historical games (or ninja/shinobi settings), but this looked so colorful and funny, that I decided to give it a try.

The plot is very simple, even too much: the heroine attends a ninja school, and she has the power to make the boys around her fall in love, when she gets nervous or excited.

Obviously, this creates a lot of awkward moments, because the boys can’t control their hormones anymore and end up saying a lot of embarrassing stuff they will regret later.

Most of the characters are tsundere, probably because this trope is the funniest in these kind of situations… and it actually worked!

I’ve played Yuri first, and it was a good choice.

He’s usually a serious tsundere, but when he’s under the jutsu’s effect he becomes an ore sama; when he goes back to his normal self, he remembers everything he said and his face becomes so RED, I was dying of laughter!

I also enjoyed the overall plot, because it was my first play, but everything became really boring and predictable once I knew the truth.

This game has a huge problem: some scenes are the same in every route.

I could resume every route like this:

  • The heroine attends school

  • She chooses a partner for the training

  • She gets bullied by classmates

  • She discovers her blood is immune

  • They defeat the enemies

The last fight was too long, I got bored after a couple routes.

I also disliked the heroine: I hoped she would be strong, since she was there to fight, but she couldn’t even stand for herself against the bullies; she even thought she deserved it, and it made me so angry! She just kept saying: “I know I’m not good, I’m just a nuisance for everyone!”.

Girl, stop. Show some pride!

It was so irritating… I can’t stand weak people, I’m sorry.

Kurodo’s route was nice: I didn’t get bored, but there weren’t many memorable scenes.

Unfortunately, he was just a quiet tsundere, so the funny moments were just a few.

Sasuke was better, his route was interesting and I think he also got the best CGs; he was so cute, when he was stuttering like crazy out of embarrassment!

Daisuke was the only onnatarashi type, that’s why I was curious to see how the jutsu could work on him: and it made him very romantic and nice!

He hated to show his gentle side, but I actually loved it.

I also appreciated how he treated all those bitches who bullied the heroine, she finally had some revenge; she was also stronger in this route, she could even protect him instead of just failing at exams and complaining about her weakness.

I think everything could have been a lot better for me, if I played him first or second: I liked him, but at that point I started to get sick of the copypasta of the plot, so I couldn’t fully appreciate the route as it deserved.

Garaya’s route was the most shocking and interesting: usually, he was just an hikikomori who lived in his own world; he used a lot of strange words nobody else could understand, and he didn’t have any friends.

The jutsu’s effect made him a yandere, and I was obviously interested in him!

You can tell Otomate put more attention on this route, because he actually had an interesting plot and also different backgrounds who looked amazing: the library and his room were really wonderful.

The way he talked was a bit too much for me, tho: I really couldn’t understand anything! at first, I thought it was just my fault… but it’s actually normal, because even the heroine kept saying “I really don’t understand”! He was too weird even for me….

Anyway, I really loved his ending: when he showed his true appearance he became very cool and his confession was perfect!

The last route was the most boring: I wasn’t interested in Sanada sensei, honestly.

The true revelation about the heroine’s past was actually obvious from the start, so I wasn’t shocked at all; he even tried to avoid the jutsu, because “you’re my student, I can’t” and this made everything just plain and boring.

Do I recommend this game?

Yes, for the fanservice and funny/awkward moments!

Don’t expect too much from the plot, because it’s mostly copypasta, and focus on the characters and the jutsu’s effect.

The CGs are very nice and colorful too.

If you’re not looking for something “deep”, I’m sure you’re going to enjoy it!
